What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Prong re-tipping and tightening
• Ring resizing (within reasonable limits)
• Rhodium re-plating for white gold pieces
• Stone tightening and minor repairs

What's Not Covered

• Damage from normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or misuse
• Loss or theft of jewelry
• Damage from exposure to chemicals or extreme conditions
• Engravings or customizations done by third parties

2. Provide proof of purchase
3. Describe the issue or needed service
4. Ship your item to us using our prepaid label
5. We'll evaluate and repair or replace as needed
